The DM 80 boiler blower is equipped with an X-type inlet damper and a flap on the outlet flange. On the motor housing, there is an electrical box with a mounted 2 uF starting capacitor and a 2-meter long power cable. The blower has an aluminum housing consisting of two screwed-together parts. This forced draft fan is equipped with a durable metal impeller.

The DM 80 series fan is designed to blow clean air into the combustion chambers of central heating boilers, including boilers equipped with fuel feeders for eco-pea coal, fine coal, and pellet. It has a high capacity for such a compact device. It works with most central heating boiler controllers. This fan is also used in general ventilation of rooms and technological devices. The DM 80 blower motor is designed for continuous operation.
The DM 80 blower consists of two aluminum housing parts, in which a motor with an external impeller made of galvanized steel is mounted. The fan inlet opening is covered with a metal mesh. Additionally, the air inlet to the blower is equipped with an X-type inlet damper. In the fully open position, the damper closes 50% of the inlet opening. The outlet opening ends with a flange with holes for mounting the blower. At the same time, a flap with a weight is mounted on the flange to close the air supply when the blower is not operating. The blower motor is adapted for smooth speed control. On the motor housing, there is an electrical box with a starting capacitor and a connected power cable.
The fan has a CE declaration of conformity - year of issue 2014. We declare that each blower has a Declaration of Conformity confirming compliance with the directives: low voltage, electromagnetic compatibility, and Polish standards.
